Green Energy Incentive Program
The City is excited to announce the Green Energy Incentive Program to assist local businesses be more environmentally sustainable. Grants up to $25,000 are available for projects that achieve one or more of the following objectives:
- Reduce total energy use
- Reduce greenhouse gas emissions
- Reduce fossil fuel emissions
- Improve energy efficiency
Businesses located in the City of Santa Clarita are eligible to apply. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds are expended or September 30, 2010, whichever comes first.

Workshop Materials
Workshops were held to introduce this program and provide information on various incentives available for energy efficiency related projects. Additionally, attendees at the workshop were given a tutorial on the EnergyStar Benchmarking system, which is required for this grant.
